Shipping Terms and Conditions

We love shipping our books from beautiful Hilo, Hawaii to all over the USA! But shipping from Hawaii is far from an exact science.

As most of our products are heavy or bulky, we've estimated the cost of shipping for an average order from Hawaii. We ship flat rate with few exceptions, and as a result your shipping depends largely on the dimensions of your items, and which box they need to be packed in.

The rates set for Hawaii and Mainland orders are for medium Regional and Flat Rate boxes, respectively. Upon packing up your order, if the shipping differs significantly in either direction, your order will be adjusted accordingly.

If the price increases you will be informed and requested to update your authorization before we complete the transaction and ship.

For international shipping orders, we are willing to complete them, upon request, but we are very upfront with our international customers that international shipping from the USA is extremely expensive. For example, a small flat rate box starts at $45. A large flat rate starts at $110.
